Dear Mike
I am writing regarding Mr Andy Green whom i had the peasure of dealing with when arranging personal contract hire of a new Audi S Line.
Obviously your organisations contract hire rate was among the best but above and beyond this....1, Andy ALWAYS answered and returned telephone calls when he said he would. Unlike Other companies, it seems you have a good team there and my emails dont disappear into oblivion with no response to the initial contact as was the case with your competitors. When i had to speak to his collegues if andy was not available, they were always polite, corteous and passed the message on. 2. I cant say i was the most straight forward customer but Andy persisted with confirming my requests (mention S Line suspension to him 30mm) and went above and beyond the probable call of duty to provide all possible confirmations. 3, He is a thoroughly pleasant chap and very good to deal with. In Short give the man a pay rise or failing that take him down the pub one afternoon!!! I can't say anything else other than the above but just wanted to let you know that you have and exceptional team member there. Having managed sales and customer care teams myself for a large sortware company I know....

Very rarely do I find the occasion to write about excellent levels of
customer service which I have received, bearing in mind I work in a sales
driven environment myself.
However I must point out that you have a most excellent member of staff in
Mike Compton who has raised the bar to the highest level.
I consider that he is the most pro-active and helpful individual, I have
encountered whilst trying to order a new car for leasing.
He called me back when he said he would, and most of all had a sense of
humour and listened well, which resulted in a successful transaction.
I trust you are rewarding him well as he is a most excellent ambassador for
your company, and will most certainly be recommending him personally to my
friends and business associates.
Please pass on my sincere thanks to Mike, as I never found finding a new
vehicle such a pleasure.
