These terms and conditions apply between you and Grange Court Leasing for the acquisition via various funding options of UK vehicles listed on our website, and is supplied by recommended dealers/manufacturers.
Orders
Your order of a vehicle from the Grange Court Leasing website is an offer by you. All orders are subject to acceptance by Grange Court Leasing, availability, price changes and the payment of a deposit in accordance with your accepted order. If the vehicle you have ordered is not available, Grange Court Leasing will contact you by email or telephone to provide possible alternatives.
If the vehicle is available and Grange Court Leasing accepts your offer then Grange Court Leasing will contact you to request payment of the deposit in accordance with your accepted order. Prices
- The prices quoted include VAT if personal leasing and does not include VAT if business leasing, delivery by the dealer to your chosen UK mainland destination, number plate, Road Fund Licence for the term ( if applicable ) and Vehicle Registration Charge.
- Grange Court Leasing reserves the right to change the price either before or after Grange Court Leasing accepts any order. Grange Court Leasing shall notify you of such a change and you have the right to cancel your order if the change is not acceptable.
- Prices on the web site are for information purposes only and do not constitute an offer by Grange Court Leasing capable of an acceptance by you.
- Upon agreement by both parties and the relevant order form signed by you, and after finance acceptance has been confirmed a non refundable deposit of £500 plus VAT (If VAT is applicable) or 3 monthly payments inc vat, will be taken by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cheque.
- Credit card payments incur a 1.95% surcharge.
Specification and Images
The vehicle specifications displayed on the website are supplied by the vehicle manufacturers to CAP and formatted for our use. Whilst every effort is made to verify and ensure the accuracy of the data, the information should only be used as a guide and no purchasing decision should be made without verification of the latest data from either the manufacturer or franchised dealer. All images on the website are for illustration purposes only.
Delivery/Registration
- Upon receipt of correct finance documentation and any balance of monies Grange Court Leasing will arrange delivery of the vehicle to your chosen destination.
- Local registrations of vehicles are not possible.
- Delivery dates are subject to change by the manufacturer.
Statutory Rights
- Nothing in these conditions shall affect your statutory rights.
- Grange Court Leasing is committed to customer service. Should you have any complaint about Grange Court Leasing service, we will endeavour to resolve them in a fair and effective manner
- Please inform Grange Court Leasing by email at info@carlease.uk.com should you have any complaint about our service. We are committed to acknowledging your complaint within 48 hours of receipt and undertaking all reasonable efforts to resolving it promptly under the circumstances. We will provide you with a timescale for resolving the dispute and keep you regularly updated with its progress.
